What is your return policy?

Returns & Exchanges

We accept most items for return / exchange within 60 days from the date the order is placed. You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to begin the return / exchange process. We will not accept any return packages without a valid RMA.

Unopened items should be in the same condition as received without damage to the outer packaging.

Video game software can only be exchanged for the same title.

We do not accept for return / exchange:

  • Items which have been opened and played with
  • Items which have been damaged due to customer negligence
  • Clothes which have been worn or washed

Once an RMA is approved, a return shipping label will be provided. Please re-pack item in original shipping container (if possible) with filling material (Kraft paper, crumbled newspaper, packing peanuts, etc.). Affix label and drop off at your nearest USPS store.

A refund will be initiated after we receive the return. Please allow 3-5 business days for credit card refunds and 1-2 business days for PayPal.

International Customers

Due to the cost of shipping items back and forth, we currently do not allow returns or exchanges for international orders. If you have an issue with your order, please contact us.
